How this works

Each account in your file gets its own card. Pick the firm and size, and the rules fill in.
Every rule number can be changed. Firms update their rules often, so check yours.
Balances use closed trades only. The max loss trails your best end-of-day balance.
If your file doesn't start on the account's first day, set the starting balance to what the account had then.
